Ok, I did the lyrics too..... this is the way I hear them posted below. The repeated bridge I hear is more a positive one saying "What you want is in what you get". Like saying if you want it, you get it. It just doesn't make sense to me if he sings "what you want isn't what you get" ? I don't know, maybe MGMT can give us the right lyrics.

Has anybody watched the video of him singing this song at the Troubadour show? I just watched it. I love I Believe In You. He sounded so great singing that song in the video.

Can anyone help me figure the chords out? Have watched the webcast like 100 times today and have come to some conclusions:
Verse: G Cadd9 Em7 Prechorus: D/F# and some variation of D after it Chorus: Em7 Cadd9 G (all played rather fast) and then I can't figure out much more... Anyone wanna shed some light on this for me? |
