I have to make a 3D piece for my Art Coursework, and my teacher sujested we made modles of people we admire.

So i decided to make a Lifesize Sculpture of Tyler.
It has to be in, in 4 days!
So far i have made his (old) Gibson SJ-200, (out of cardboard) and the frame for Tylers body,head,arms,legs e.c.t.

Tonight i will start paper mache-ing him!

I thought you fans out there would like to know/see pictures of him when he's finneshed.

He has been made! I took him into school on friday and scared everyone in the art department. =]
As soon as i sort my camera out i'll post the pictures.

sounds awesome! Is this for a college course? if so, what college do you go to and are you an art major? I'm majoring in studio art at Virginia Tech with a concentration in painting, more specifically oil painting, even more specifically I'm working on a series focusing on 2 lovers and kissing and intimacy and I paint these scenes on guitars. Strange, I know. Some singer we all know and loved referred to it as "sex on a guitar." But I love anything, any subject and any medium as long as it's 2d.....we should talk if you're really interested in the art field! I love talking with other artists!
