I was just curious how all of you heard of Tyler. I heard of him from watching One Tree Hill. He is so awesome. Hope to hear from other Tyler fans. Thanks

i first heard about tyler when i saw him on one tree hill and then i checked out his web site and that's what brought me to the msg boards! i'm still waiting for the chance to see him LIVE!

I was a casual watcher of OTH, and heard "When the Stars Go Blue." For some reason I was just drawn to it, so I looked up Tyler's name on the WB website and bought his cd.

This was during a very low point in my life late last year, and listening to "The Tracks Of" just made me smile. So I sort of relied on it to get me through stuff. Ok, sappy story is over.

a friend of mine gave me one of his cd sampler things and i was hooked.

i first saw him on TRL for hilaries choice music video...and then in september he was a DJ on Q100 and i listened to that for like, 4 hours (the whole time he was DJing) and then i went to his site while listening and became a tracker and so yea, thats how i first heard of him

When he was doing some shows with Michael Tolcher on the Virgin Mega Tour in early 2004.

I first heard about Tyler through the justincase and MBMB

I saw him open for Hanson last year and I was blown away

I partically credit Gavin DeGraw, to be honest. I won tickets to a show of his, and when Ash and myself went, we actually sort of...ran into Tyler. He bumped into me, and I just melted. I hadn't heard him sing or anything, but on the way home that night we had snagged samplers and it's been history since then.

Gosh, that was over a year ago.

you bumped into him? lucky! my mom almost ran him over when we were parking for a show, and he siddenly ran across the street from behind a car...that was a close 1! i was like "mommy stop the car! dont run tyler over!" it was SO funny (like 5 minutes later...)!

He actually kinda walked into me, and it was just cute. I can remember looking at Ash and going "He's SOOOO TALL!"

I actually heard about him from a friend back in March of last year. Then he was at the VCMT show we went to, and like Meg said -- we literally walked into each other. We all stopped dead in our tracks and talked for a few. Rest is history.

i first heard of Tyler on OTH and i thought, Wow, he plays the guitar AND sings!!!! he's soooo cute too! and he has an amazing voice, keep rockin' tyler!!!

I first heard about Tyler through Christy. And, I told him so when I talked to him on the radio. haha This was before I saw him live (which was just a few days later).

I wish i could have ran into him. mouse i am sorry to hear that you were at a sad point in youe life but i am glad that tyler made you better. i sort of went through a bad time last year too. simple plan helped me lol i wish i was able to be a tracker. i want to actualy talk to tyler for more than a mint.

Anyway, I saw him on TRL for the first time. It was the first time they ever played this video. They were like its this new guy and I looked at it.. It caught my eye because I heard Hilton and I was like, Paris's brother? Haha.. But anyway I thought he was cool so I looked up his website. Then I visited a few times more and I started getting more interested.
