The website wasn't much help with any info, so I emailed the event coordinator and asked her for details about tickets and whatnot.. and, well, here is the email that I got back from her:

quote:
Hello Kim! Thanks for your email. Attached is an invitation to our carnival on May 7th. It details some of the event components we'll be featuring. Adult tickets are $750 and Kids tickets are $250. The event will occur from 1-5pm. There's a response form attached for you in case you choose to join us. Hope to see you May 7th!

I understand that it's for a good cause and all, but man oh man.
Ty, you know I love you kid and I'd love to go and support you at this thing, but unless you can spot me about $742, I'm going to have to take a raincheck.

Yeah I was thinking about just going and bumming around the city that day anyway. And then maybe we can just casually walk in. hahaa

8 days? is that the Baltimore show? yeah I'm not going to that one haha. but I'm going to the NYC one on the 24th! I'm kinda anxious about it, I haven't seen them in over a year so I have a feeling it's going to be really weird.

opps! I guess I never realized you weren't coming, well 11 days then! cuz you're rockin' bamboozle aren't you?

I think I may have a new plan for the 7th. After clickin' the linkage for the DE show that ty's doing on the 5th (and seein' that he plays too early for me to even possibly make it), I see that at the same thing (flower show?) Andrew Dan-Jumbo and Jason Cameron from WYWO are going to be there. I may go up there b/c I love me some Mr. Dan-Jumbo. After all, he is on my "who I'd like to meet" on myspace Wink
