I don't see why MD/DC/VA have 4 different leaders. I can maybe see the point of SoVa and NoVa/DC/MD having different leaders, but DC and MD together is still a pretty small area. I just think it's odd that we are one subteam with 4 leaders.

If I was making the decisions (which I'm not), I'd make a DC metro/MD team, and a Southern VA team. Actually I'd probably just stick to how it used to be with one VA/DC/MD team.

I know it's already established, so there is no reason to change it, but I just wanted to toss my 2 cents in since I couldn't make the chat.

I don't really remember how we came up with it, but one of the twins thought of it and everybody agreed that it would be a good idea, haha.

I think because we're pretty spread out like traveling distances, when Tyler would come to say my area (Towson, etc we'd have people covering it & D.C. we'd have people to cover it & VA we'd have people to cover it so we'd always have somebody in the area to be at a show. That's what I'm guessing, if I'm wrong, please correct me, but yeah... haha.

Yes I can see where the train of thought would come from, and it's logical. My only thing is, a leader is just someone who organizes and gets in contact with the members. Mandy is a leader and doesn't flyer every venue before every show, she organizes and designates jobs to members. Did that make sense? For some reason I don't think it did, but I can't think of how else to word it. It may just be that I consider Towson/ DC/ Alexandria the same "area" since they're all less than an hour apart, yet they have 3 different leaders. I don't know why this bugs me haha

But yes, since you all agreed upon it, I'll go along with it too.

Technically it's like 3 leaders...Em and I do everything together anyways, so had one of us been named the co-leader, we both would have done the work for it anyways. That's just the way we work I guess.
