I guess videos are currently being considered for the categories for this year...listed here:
http://www.mtv.com/onair/vma/2005/2005videos/index.jhtml The original version of the "When it Comes" video is there (or as they refer to it..."version 2") A slip up on Maverick and MTV's parts... I guess the video they said wasn't good enough is actually the more popular one. As for it getting nominated and into a category, I guess we'll have to see... ------------------------------------------------------------   |

as much as i'd hope for a nomination... it'd be just be an even bigger disappointment if he lost in one of those popular categories when they didn't even show the video on the channel. don't get me wrong... i would LOVE for wic (the original especially) to get recognized... but, i'm just kind of skeptical.
