WOW!!!! This kid (he is 16 years old) is quite amazing. He is from Saskatoon (that's in Canada for those of you who don't know), plays guitar and keyboards and has an amazing voice. I just listened to some of his stuff...I like.
His look kinda reminds me of Tyler, it weirded me out for a second. Anyway, he's really talented, I'm surprised that he's only 16. |

so this is an old thread but I'm bumping it b/c I just discovered the magnificence that is Kyle. When I went to the Graham Colton Band concert this past weekend they gave out Aware samplers and Kyle was on it. I was immediately hooked! His sound reminds me a lot of Jonny Lang...

haha i met him in sept at this radio show and he was standing by himself backstage so i called him over and he came over to talk to me and some friends and hes standing there all nervous haha somehow we were talkin about the time and he looked at his wrist but he didnt have a watch on so he tried to act all cool about it lol and i started laughing, hes liek "oh you saw that?" awww what a cutie, thats enough of my little stories, but def check him out!lol |

Guess who's coming to Dallas, Texas? His site just posted that he'll be opening for Glen Phillips in Dallas and Austin and I'm sooooo gonna be at the Dallas show w/ Amber! I saw a few weeks ago that Glen was playing the Gypsy Tea Room and had an inkling that Kyle might open for him b/c they had been touring together...
Wow that's gonna be quite the weekend. Friday night we'll be in Tulsa to see Gavin DeGraw and then we'll drive back Saturday morning, cathch Kyle Saturday night and then I'll have to drive back to school for classes to start on Monday. I saw him open for Matt Wertz in October.
he's so much more amazing live than on his cd. I have one picture of him that he kinda looks like tyler. when i saw him twice (charlotte & raleigh), I must have told him that he was amazing like a thousand times...I was just so blown away. but no picture with that cutie. |
