Okay, I know I'm not the only one addicted to this stuff! So I'm thinking we should establish a place to talk about all the fun entertainment news going on. I mean, we could probably fill 10 pages about funny recent Britney Spears happenings, right? Well, any stories that you like come here and we can all talk about them! Anyone else think this'll be fun??

Mary-Kate going into a health clinic or whatever-what is that about...I honestly thought all those stories were just stupid tabloid stuff but then she went in and I was like huh???

Good idea for a thread though-this should definately be interesting....

yah poor mary-kate! it's weird jus seeing pix of ashley...i know it shouldn't because they are completely different people but all the pictures in the tabloid are of both of them. poor ashley must feel lonely without mary-kate! they were supposed to come down to australia next week to promote their new movie

and britney? she's always in the news...she's done well in aust, her single "everytime" debuted at #1 on the ARIA charts...her 3rd single from the album and all of them have debuted at #1 here!

I feel bad for Mary-Kate but at least she can realize that she has a problem and is willing to get help for it, right? In that sense you have to be happy for her and wish her the best.

A story I find interesting at the moment is the one about the White Stripes. The band allowed George Roca to film them when they were in NY, under the agreement that they have full ownership over the film. Well, they were unhappy with the film and would not give him permission to release it. Now it is showing up at film festivals around the US. Jack has also promised fans that the band will be releasing a different, and better DVD of concert footage of them in London. I hope things will all work out in the end.

In regards to the Mary-Kate thing, Star magazine is now saying that she is not battlnig anorexia but she is dealing with a drug problem. They also state the her father found cocaine in her bedroom the night after her grad. Whether this is true or not, I have no clue. Either way I still wish her the best because at least she is getting help for her problems.

I can't believe Michelle Branch got married. I am in shock. He is 39 years old! he is wayyyyy to old for her! I doubt it will last very long... at least I hope it doesn't. I don't care for him. I wanted Michelle to date Tyler.

It sure wasn't a secret. Everyone on the boards at her site knwe about them dating for about the last year. Personally, I never thought they were gfood for each other because he is way to old for her, but she didn't think so and got married. I wish them all the best!

HAHAHA Oh, yea, Curtis and Rachel are a match made in heaven. As for Britney, did you here that she wants to have 4 or 5 kids. I don't think she can evan take care of herself! Granted she probably would have a nanny to take of her kids though. She also wants to meet Kevin's kids, she said she loves kids and can't wait to meet them...

I didn't read the rest of this page, but needed to post to what Mandy said. I am real disgusted that only when a teenage celebrity battles this disorder does the media pay any attention to it. It makes me feel bad for the bagillions of other people who face it - that are even well below 18 like whichever Olson who is currently facing an ED. I mean, granted, I feel awful for her... and everyone who has to go through that... But I don't like that just 'cuz someone with a well-known (gorgeous) face has such issues, that the problem surfaces in the media.

I completely understand what your saying. It's just like how not many people would pay much mind to the AIDs eppidemic until Freddie Mercury died. It's sad but you've gotta think that since someone with such starpower is battling this, maybe some awareness will be raised? It seems sad but it is true...

It may bug me how word gets out - but as long is the words out, I'ma be a big girl and deal with it.
