have fun at the concert! jimmy is awesome. if you don't have copies of their old albums, you should pick 'em up. "clarity" is one of my favorite albums EVER.

i went to their show last night! i'm usually not into pop/punk, but the show was awesome and so much fun. futures is great, and i am definitely looking into getting bleed america.

i pretty much saw them at the whiskey in la and it was fucking amazing. thewhiskey is a pretty small place. tickets sold out in 2 minutes.

I was there too. Yeah for us going to that show it was amazing.

Okay Jimmy Eat World is my favorite band, I liked them since middle school (man that's a long time ago). Anyway I own every single album and follow them religiously (my first concert Jimmy Eat World). Anyway this was posted on their website today, for anyone out there who loves them.

done. i declare our album recorded. next up mixing. we have spent the last few days in LA tweaking on some last minute changes to the album. some whip-cracks, explosions, bells, glocks and the occasional reverse cymbal. wouldn't be cliche if it didn't work, right? seriously. i feel great about this. at this point int he record making progress i get this feeling like i am the only one who knows a cool secret. i can't wait to show you guys what we have been doing for the last year. we have learned a lot making this album. we will never take so long between records again. we need some b-sides... anyone have a good suggestion for a cover song? post on our message board!

I think when their new album comes out they're hoping to have a couple of stops in the UK on their next tour. So cross your fingers!

Jimmy Eat World's new album, called Chase this Light is coming out October 16th? They kept saying summer release, but finally they are done and the date is set. Is anyone else going to try to get the new album when it comes out?
