Any Marc Broussard fans out there? He's kinda new but from my home state. Great guy. His music is like a blues/rock. Check out his newest cd Carencro or Momemtary Setback. They are both great.

I had the pleasure of seeing Marc this summer, and he puts on a great live show. I would recommend catching him any chance you get!

marc is awesome! i got to see him play the day after thanksgiving in lafayette, and he's just amazing.

yeah, I know, so I'm kinda slow with a few things...I've decided that some musicians have to have an incubation period with me...cause I definitely found out about Marc a while ago but just now am I really getting into his music. Anways, he's awesome

i love marc.. when i first heard him i couldn't believe that voice came out of that person! i swear he sounds like an 80 year old black man! not a 20something white guy! HAHAHA! he's awesome.. and his voice is just WOO! love it!

Oh yeah "Gavin's Song" is great! When I loaded that onto my iPod and it said "Gavin's Song" I was like "Wtf? Gavin DeGraw? They DID tour together *cough*cough*" lol

alright, I finally broke down and bought Carencro. I figured since I've been listening to the same four songs on myspace for the past two weeks...it was time. The album is awesome so far. I <3 Marc.

I like Marc Broussard, I haven't had the chance to see him yet but his music is very goo!

I LOVE Marc! I discovered him when he opened up for Maroon 5 at a show in Phoenix and by the end of his 1st song, I was like DAMN! I bought tix to Gavin DeGraw just to see Marc open for him (Marc's cooler---just watch him sing "Lonely Night in Georgia" and you'll know why ) That's when I discovered Toby Lightman too---she's awesome live!

Why Marc? Why must you be not even 30 minutes away and I can't see you?

I expect many future Texas dates to make up for tonight.

I saw Marc last night at House of Blues in Orlando, FL. He said he was going to open up for Dave Mathews the next night (tonight) and had been opened up for him the night before. Oh and something funny. He said its nice to be in Atlanta or something like that. Well Marc this is Orlando not Atlanta. He soon realized his mistake and excused himself by saying he drank some before the show. ha. I was first introduced to Marc when he opened for Gavin last year and was impressed. I got hooked up w/ free tix so I saw him again this year and he didnt disappoint. He played a 1 1/2 hr. set, danced around. and rocked out.

also these sorority girls kept asking to see his nipple ring after he said no. he said no you have to be a special or no my mom told me not to show them or just plain no. they must have asked like 3 times between the first 3 songs. a little annoying, did they not hear him the first time.

the opening act was just some girl playing an acoustic guitar and she did a cover of britney spears 'toxic.' I dont know why she would choose to cover that song but it sounded great. So much better than the britney version which i would change as soon as it came on the radio.

also they burned his performance that night onto cds and sold them after the show. I thought that was cool. I would def. buy a live tyer cd of that if he ever made one. my friend bought the marc cd.

marc is one sexy cajun.
i saw him open up for m5 in the spring of 2003.
he blew me away.
and is soooo sexy.
i had the pleasure of seeing him 3 times that year, all a little bit different... 1 acoustic w/ calvin on bass, 1 acoustic w/ dave barnes, and 1 with the full band...
