Ya know how they say people are separted by 6 degrees of separation-get this I worked at a camp last summer, the music guy/guy who lead worship's name is Brandon Heath. He is roommates with a guy named Matt Wertz. B and matt are both artists and both good friends of Marc. Brandon lives in nashville about half a block from where i'm going to school. Weird eh?
you know you're a music business major when... you go to belmont university you know who Mike Curb is you have fish named after the greatest musicians ever instead of russian literature, you take knowing a recording contract your "second language" is riders, venue capacity, and all access pass.
matt wertz is awesome! he had a show here in houston in april, hes best friends with another musician named dave barnes (such a funny nice guy). wertz and barnes are both friends with marc. dave and marc have been on tour together, actually all three of them have.. but anyways dave and marc sing this song that dave wrote called "grace's amazing hands", which is really good especially when both of them sing on the track. dave helped cowrote a song with marc about marc's son named gavin (amazing song!)... and yet of course im going to end with marc and gavin touring together is just insanely too good to pass up....
marc broussard, HOTT.

Marc's going to be here on November 20th...but of COURSE, it has to be 21+ (and I'm 19). Just my luck. Grr.
I wish it was on a Tuesday or Thursday...because the club is only a couple of blocks from my school, so I would totally just hang out there after class and try to find Marc and somehow work my way into the place for the show...
I saw this boy with maroon5 first...and had no clue what to expect. He blew me away. Since then I have seen him acousticly with Dave Barnes, and with a band (with m5 & gavin).
I heart this boy. he is such a darling.
Looks like we might get him to our campus in april. HOLLA!!
I'm staring at him on my desktop as I speak

Marc Broussard is awesome. I’ve been a fan of his for about a year now. I first heard “Start Over Again”, I can’t even remember where, but that’s where it all started. I love both of his albums. My favorite songs are “The Wanderer” and “Save Me”. He’s awesome. I still haven’t seen him live…but I hope to sometime soon.
Best show on TV! Everyone should watch!

*BUMP* Marc is so amazing! I totally flipped when I heard Marc on an NBC commercial yesterday for the new show, "The Medium". Anybody else seen the commercial?
I am listening to Marc right now! I have been a fan since I saw him with Gavin this summer, but I just recently got his CD. I had a show from the archive that kept me afloat for a while
I absolutely love the songs "Home", "Where You Are", "Lonely Night in Georgia", and "The Wanderer".
