i just went to their (the strokes) concert last night and they were flipping amazing!!!! just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the awesomeness of their 2006 tour yet?

if not it is extremely worth it!!!

o the band opening for them was kinda cool to 'the most serene republic'...they kinda sound death cab-esque but theres alot of them...and the lead singer plays the trombone...and theres a girl...and theyre canadian... lol but good!

(damn! that reminds me, i went to the death cab/franz ferdinand concert a couple weeks back and we heard the cribs were opening for them but we ended up getting there kinda late so we missed them perform and all we kept hearing was that they were like the heart of the tour so we were just like damn! and then a couple days ago my friend from work was talking about the cribs and im like omg i could have seen them but i missed them and hes like oh theyre really good, you know that song on the telus commercial with the bird? thats them!!! and im just like omg i love that song!!!

so yeah...they are definitely worth checking out too! that songs called 'Martell' and its by 'the cribs'
