he won Canadian Idol this year. He's a great singer despite the songs the management company makes him sing. I think if there's a second world idol he would win.

i love kalan hes so awesome even tho im from the US i know who he is, but i cant get his cd which sux

Kalan is good, although I was a bigger Jacob fan. But I did love Kalan singing "Born To Be Wild", "Paint It Black" and "House of the Rising Sun". I haven't checked out the album, maybe I should....

if you get his album be warned....its kinda not his style. Listen to 'and we drive' its easily the best song on the album. 'single' is pretty good....and 'lucky day'...wait maybe its not as bad as i thought. lol. i liked when he sang 'nature boy' definately his best performance on the show.

i loved his house of the rising sun and actually my favorite performance of his was long train running, but like none of the judges or anyone liked it and i loved it

'long train running' was amazing! i was yelling at the tv when the judges said they didnt like it....i dont know what they were hearing, it was like his best performance
