I'm going to be spending the day watching movies with my dad, mom, older sister and younger brother. Then at night we're going to get junk food and watch the fireworks. But it won't be the same because my other sister, brother and nephew will not be there with us! They are three hours away from me staying at my cousin's house for a mini vacation, haha. Oh well, at least they're having fun over there! Hope everyone eats a decent hotdog! -MK

I've never liked the 4th of July because I'm not a big fireworks fan, and it always seems to me that the 4th is just the beginning of the end to the summer. After the 4th, things just go by so quickly... Soooo....more importantly...Happy Birthday to Becca!

I've been wondering does anybody eat Cheesecakes on the 4th of July as a tradition? Or is that just a family thing for me? And if so what do your guys family do? Foodwise that is... ---Taylor M.--- 12/24/06 - Tyler Hilton called 02/17/07 - Met Andrew McMahon (Jack's Mannequin) 06/16/07 - Met Sherwood "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one." - John Lennon

let's see.....I'll be working. Yay me. Hopefully the pool won't be too crowded. Then my grandma is coming out for a cookout....no fireworks though. I don't care for them too much. And Happy Birthday Becca! -Emily-

I must say I have never had cheesecake on 4th of July - I think I should start though, that sounds like an AWESOME tradition Foodwise it's normally your typical bbq fare of chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, pasta salad, corn on the cob, etc. - I love bbq's though I'll be hanging out in downtown Nashville listening to the free concerts and then watching their fireworks. Happy early birthday Becca!! Hope your lotto ticket is a winning one quote: Originally posted by Sleepyhd9: I've been wondering does anybody eat Cheesecakes on the 4th of July as a tradition?
