I'm completely obessesed with THE OC. I love this show. I can't wait for Season 3. But I heard this is the last season..anyways, this is the official "the oc" thread.

yay for starting an official "THE OC" thread!
 i really hope this isn't their last season because lindsey's right...more people are starting to watch the show! but who wouldn't watch it, with all the drama that happened in last season's finale with kirsten going to rehab and then marisa shooting ryan's brother! i can't wait to see what happens this season! ♥kris |

Yay there's an official thread
I think that's a rumor. I don't think they plan on having it be the last season. The show is extremely successful and more people are watching. I'm sure Josh would've mentioned it in an interview if this was going to be the last season. |

There's absolutely no way this could be the last season. Like unless there's some HUGE issue in production of the show like all the writers quitting and they can't find anyone else to work for them or something really crazy like that. It ended so well last year that they wouldn't cancel it. If it did bad this year they *could* but they have no reason whatsoever to yet.
But I can't wait for it to start again! I'm going to buy the second season on DVD when I go home soon, I'm so excited for that too.  |

I don't think this would be the last season either! I bought season 2 though.

its supposed to be the final season bc there in there final year and after that they'll be in college or wherever... but yeah since it has good ratings it will probably keep going... they said season 2 was supposed to be the last season and well now theres a third so who knows... maybe they'll keep it going throughout college like dawsons creek...which by the way if you think about it... the oc is alot like.
anyways i used to have an oc site but my host stopped paying and didnt let me know and well im not gonna really have time to do anything with it anymore so ive stopped that...but theres good sides from a forum i visit i can post here if we want this to be a spoiler thread... most of the script pieces are fairly accurate lemme know if your interested |

let me start by saying the o.c. is the best show ever!!! i got the season on DVD tuesday to hold me over til it starts up again!!! im sooo excited for it!!! i hope its not true that its the last season but i guess we will never know til the end of this upcoming season!! hopefully it will go on for at least a few more seasons. yay less than two weeks til the start!!!!
