Okay so Thursday I woke up and my right ear was plugged....but I managed somehow to pop it accidently while I was blowing my nose that afternoon...

Then I woke up yesterday and my left ear was plugged...and NEVER did pop...

Now I wake up today and my right ear is starting to get plugged again...

I've tried chewing gum...swallowing...even doing that plug your ears and slowly blow thing...

I just took a decongestant so I guess we will see if this works...but is there anything y'all know of too???

I mean...I can usually handle plugged ears...but after 3 days...it REALLY gets annoying

i dunno. my left ear always get plugged and i dont know why. its freakin' annoying

I found that if you blow while plugging your nose, then let go really quick while still blowing then plug it again...it ALMOST works! The only problem is you can only do that so long before you loose breath and then as soon as you stop they go back to the way they were....

ARGHHH....I had dance this morning too and it was interesting trying to hear what my teacher was saying with the music and my ear

I'd say try yawning...but I think you're way past that. The decongestant will probably be your best bet. You might have a head cold?

sometimes rubbing alcohol works, put it on a cotton ball and squeeze a few drops in each ear...worth a try

yeah i had to go to the doctor cause it was really bothering me and he had like this machine thing he put in my ear and it sprayed water through my ear and that worked haha

you can buy this little kit things anywhere that help you unplugg you ears

ME TOO!!! dance was horrible cuz i couldn't hear the music or keep my balance. i took some advil for sinus and colds and it seemed to have gotten a little bit better. try that and see if it works. if not...go see a doctor?

I had to get this done once as well...but egad...

If you can help it, avoid it. It was NOT a fun experience for anyone in the room.
