The handbags were then sent to a large group of celebrities to be signed and stamped with their hand prints. Many celebrities also decorated and embellished their bags with paintings and appliques.

All proceeds from the auction go to the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), an environmental organization dedicated to protecting the Earth's natural resources.

oh for real! I have soooooo many purses....but I only use a few of them. My favorite is a clock purse.....it has a clock on the side of it.....I collect clocks so it's really awesome for me. There is a store called "Cha Cha's" around here that has really retro/weird things. I love that store....that's where I got the purse!

Oooh awesome! I'm always looking for cool stores like that. I have an obscene amount of handbags too. I only use a few too though. I like HUGE handbags though because I don't know why but I carry so much stuff around with me all the time!

I have to have huge purses because I always carry my camera with me, and it is fairly big. Plus, there are a lot of other things that I always keep with me, so I can't really carry small bags. I feel lost without all of my stuff. Haha...

Yea I guess it was a lot...I dunno though, I have more expensive unsigned handbags that this so I feel that I came out good. Plus my mom doesnt care. She's just like "Ok heres my credit card, sure whatever" LoL. Plus indeed it was for a great cause. I got a free Aveda lotion with it too! Haha! No I'm just gonna display it. Not gonna ever carry it. It's too important!

So here it is almost 3 years later and I'm sorry to say Im gonna be selling this bag I bought.

Times are a changin' and I need the money badly so if you or anyone you know wants to purchase this collectible please let me know. I dont expect to get out of it what I paid for it, so I'll be nice with the price. If you want pics or info just send me a PM or AIM me.
