Just 3 weeks till we set sail on the next voyage of The 3 Hour Tour, Round IV is Sunday August 10, 2008!
The complete lineup has now been announced! We will showcase performances from: Tyler Hilton, Terra Naomi, Curtis Peoples, Kelley James, Brett Young, Caitlin Crosby, John West, Bushwalla and Kristi Jo...whoa! If you're not on the boat, get your tickets quick! That's a whole lotta music in 3 hours...wait...no, it's 4 hours...thanks to our awesome sponsor of this tour Zoey's Cafe! If you live in the Ventura area or even if you don't, you gotta make your way to Zoey's. It's a great room to hear live music and to also get some awesome eats! For this voyage we've teamed up with TH Books for Kids and will be raffling off a signed acoustic GUITAR on the boat. COOL! How do you win it? By bringing NEW children's books with you to the boat and you get one raffle ticket for each book you donate (or you can buy raffle tickets for $5 each). several questions (not necessarily questions for me...just ones that I thought of): what kind of guitar is it? do you have to be going on the boat to but raffle tickets? and will we be seeing any tom foolery on this trip?

I haven't personally seen the guitar but I will find out more info. It is being donated by Warner Brothers Records. This time around, you will have to be onthe trip to purchase a raffle ticket. Tickets will only be distributed on the boat and the winner will take the guitar home that day. Tom Foolery is sure to be seen, I am sure! sARAH- So sorry to hear you won't be joining us..we will be thinking of you and hope you get better soon! Amy531- we are not currently gathering books at this time other than on the boat this Sunday. Please do not mail books just yet. We will let you know when the next project comes up where you can mail in books. You can, at anytime, help support the cause by spreading the word about the charity, joining the "cause" on facebook, adding our page as a friend on myspace, making a donation through paypal, sending ideas on additional ways to raise funds or letting us know if you have found a place in need!
