The one thing Cathy and I did realize in VA that the guys are nicer than the girls.
yea...I'll definitely agree with you on that one. I live in Va, and have found that I get along much better with guys than I do girls.
I also got tired of being squished up at the front of the venue, so Em and I went and sat way up at the top, and really enjoyed the rest of the concert!
I wish I had known you were at the concert, and especially at the after party. I didn't see anyone dancing at the afterparty, and Em and I eventually got so bored that we just left. I wish I knew that some other trackers were going to be there....it would have been more fun!
Sorry you got such a bad impression of Va...but, I'm glad you had a good time at the concert. If you ever come back down for a concert, let me know and maybe we can meet up!
Yeah, Cathy and I were dancing on the platform thingy. We were joking around with the bouncers and said that Kentucky girls dance on the bar. Which is true, haha.
VA wasn't that bad but it would of more fun if we knew ya'll were there. More the merrier, right?
I wish I had known you were at the concert, and especially at the after party. I didn't see anyone dancing at the afterparty, and Em and I eventually got so bored that we just left.
It was a very boring "after party" if there is ever another after party and all us are there we will give it some spice...haha
I'll second that Bekka. Northern Va is...well...we'll just say different and you can go from there. But, yea, if there ever is another concert with an after party...we'll definitely rock it! I didn't realize that party was so big...I can't imagine how we missed everybody!! I really wish I had known all of ya'll were there!
I was practically dead tired to attend the after party. Luckily, I managed to finagle getting a refund for the tickets I had purchased online. It was a simple process really. I just sold the tickets to a group of guys who wanted in. Funny thing was, they seemed like they were 3/4 drunk already. Believe me, the thought of scalping did cross my mind, but I am a firm believer in karma.
By the way, did anyone else take advantage of the fact that they were giving away FREE tickets to the concert? I heard it on the radio as I was coming up there and I grabbed one for myself when I got there. Then, I headed over to the ticket office to refund the tickets I had purchased. It took a while, but they gave me my money back. I was thankful that the Laguna kids didn't show up. Otherwise, I would have suffered a loss. All in all, the only things I had to pay for were cd's to get something signed. It sucked having to buy stuff for an autograph, but oh well. I realize I'm a bit long-winded, but I don't get online as often as others, so there's usually more for me to say. Plus, I have a terrible habit of making a sentence into a novel.
