i posted a topic in the "music" section with basically the same heading.

the wreckers and tyler were scheduled to play at the festival, but they are no longer on the website. also, someone on the wreckers' board e-mailed people at the sxsw website, and confirmed that the wreckers were no longer playing sxsw . i'm guessing that tyler probably won't be either.

i thought that i should inform everyone who was planning on going. i was also wondering why it hasn't been updated on the boards. is tyler still planning on playing sxsw?

also i was also wondering if anyone else is still going even if the wreckers and tyler don't perform. there are quite a few acts whom i want to see. a lot of artists on the oth soundtrack will be there. i am most excited about vienna teng and the showcase with her.

Venues have changed once or twice. Then it was going to be a Tyler only show, no Wreckers.

In checking the SXSW schedule this morning, Tyler wasn't listed. But there are many other shows and such going on throughout the entire weekend, that may not be directly SXSW related. Hopefully we'll find out what's going on very soon

the schedules are up for sxsw. tyler is not listed still, and he is not playing at the pecan street alehouse on the 18th.

i am definitely looking forward to the lineups on the 19th though .

According to Pollstar this show is on Friday the 18th and it's just Tyler and the Wreckers at the Austin Music Hall...apparently no Bethany...

Pollstar is incorrect.

The Wreckers seem to have the night off, and Tyler is still trying to book something for that night in Austin.
