Tyler hasn't been here since the OTH Tour with The Wreckers!!! What was that nearly three years ago?!?!??!

Especially since I had it all planned out! I was going to bring some of my friends from here up, and one of my friends used to go to Central so he knew a bunch of places where we could stay and it was all working out...

Then I check our schools calendar and see that...and of course I know my brother would love to go to another Tyler show...but it is going to be his last sibs weekend and he has soooo much fun last time.....

Oh well....I guess I'll have to get over it huh? haha...I really wanted to see everyone again though!

My friend thinks we can go! She's an OTH/Tyler fan too. We were wondering is there an established time at all? It just has a date but no time. Also since it says free and open to the public, do we just show up and that's all? Also are cameras allowed? My friend and I both have digital SLRs are those allowed if regular cameras are allowed? I can also make a flier if needed.

Ah I can't wait, it seems like I might actually get to go! Last time I thought I could go to a Tyler (Wreckers) concert, I ended up visiting my grandpa in Nashville during that week. Of course when Tyler's in Nashville my grandpa is traveling.

My friend thinks she is most likely able to attend, meaning I'm more likely to get a ride to go. Unless things change or circumstances arrive to prevent me, I'm pretty sure I'm going. Yay, it'll be my first Tyler concert.

have you gotten them to listen to tyler's music? That might help them be more interested.

My friends don't listen to anything unless it's screaming. I mean I have two friends who listen to Tyler but they aren't in the same state as me.

hey all!

i go to central michigan university and i got some info about the tyler show that i haven't seen here, so i thought i'd share!

tickets went on sale today, monday jan 21st. students and sibs are free, but the general public is $5. and they're going to be on sale up until the night of the concert. you can buy them at the box office on campus or by phone (989) 774-4000. i know there's a website but i don't know it off hand...if anyone wants it i'd be glad to find it.

the show is in finch field house, i don't have the address for directions but if you want to email me then i'd be glad to get it for anyone who needs it. (marti3r@cmich.edu)

In the past has camera's been restricted not by the venue?

I emailed Robyn, and she the university places no restrictions on cameras, so if there was one it would be placed by Tyler... so does that mean no camera restrictions at all? I really want to bring my new digital 10.2 megapixels SLR. If anyone can share input or help, like Mandy or Mgmt, that would be greatly appreciated!

I'm bringing my camera and I have never known Tyler to ban cameras at his shows, so I am pretty sure you are okay.

Unless, they have changed how they feel about cameras - and only mgmt can answer that...

so i called the university and emailed tyler's management and neither have camera restrictions. so i guess that means that you can bring and use any camera you want!! woo!

i was also wondering who else was going to the show. i don't know anyone from central who's going. but i thought if anyone (i'm sure lots of you are coming) from here was coming we could meet at the venue and sit together. let me know what you think!

seats are general admission/first come first serve so i'd get there early!

i have an extra ticket to the show on saturday. as a student i didn't have to pay for it. so anyone who is coming to the show and doesn't have a ticket can have the one i have. i'm not make you pay the $5. if you want it...it's yours!

I saw him back in Jan. of 2005 at the Winter Wonder Jam and I have been waiting forever for him to come.
Its kinda funny how one of my favorite performers is coming to my college!

How long are Tyler's sets typically? My friend was curious what time she would tell her parents that she thinks we'll be back.
