I went and saw those two movies this weekend too!! And I totally agree! I thought In the Land of Women was a total disappointment...bummer cuz I really love Adam Brody (he is absolutely adorable)...but I throught the movie wasn't all that great.
I thought Disturbia was good tho...I mean, I wasn't completely blown away, but I did like it.  And it helps that Shia was in it...<3 him! This message has been edited. isnt disturbia scarey? i cant do scarey movies unless i got a guy there! last scarey movie i saw was with the patrick guy i was dating.. and it started with his arm around me on the right side and i ended up on his left! i jumped clean over him! hahahhaaah

It is more suspensful than it is scary. Im not a big scary movie fan either, trust me! Whats weird is i can watch all the supernatural.. ghost, goblins, poltergiest things.. but when it comes to blood and guts i just cant handle it! My ex made me go see saw 3 with him... i thought i was gonna be sick just hearin the guy break off his foot with that slab thing! i cant handle it! Lol with the scarey movies like that... im the girl in the back goin... "GIRL YOUR STUPID! DONT OPEN THAT DOOR!" Or im the one who starts laughin when the car wont scrank... it always happens the freakin car will never crank.. it could be a brand new mercedes nothin wrong with it.. if someone was gettin chased by the wth a axe... that thing would not start! lol it kills me! lol! *Carli* |

Yeah Disturbia is really just suspensful and creepy. Plus it helps with the effects with the surround sound of the movie theatres. Ugh, i'm still just stuck on In the land of women, I was sooo disappointed. The movie was nothing like what the trailer made it seem.

Patrick used to always try and scare me in the middle of the scarey movie.. your already all tense and then u feel somethin crawlin up ur back! Fracture sucked. I have never been a movie goer, but I get amused by a bird flying past. I did not think I would be such an evil critic if I did start watching new releases on a reg basis. When I went to see Disturbia, I went with 2 of my friends & one of them LOVES OTH, so when I saw the preview for Charlie Bartlett I was like "CAITLIN... IT'S TYLER" and she couldn't even recognize him! hahah.
