Alright don't read if you don't want to know but I got this from OTH site:
Spoiler Alert! Updated 7/25/06 •Remember, don't read ahead if you don't want to know. OTH season four just started shooting last week and the rumors are already flying! We're hearing that Uncle Cooper will not survive the crash from the season finale--sad news indeed, since he was such delicious eye candy. And speaking of eye candy, there is a good chance that a certain Chris Keller will return to Tree Hill. Karen will have a baby girl. But what about the other pregnancy? E! Online's Kristen is on bump-patrol to see which Tree Hill gal is with child. She recently asked some of the stars and they had some pretty funny answers. Watch the video for yourself. Naley fans will be pleased that that twosome is good and solid in season four. Peyton will get herself a new love interest, which is good since her BFF Brooke is gone and she's painted over her rules on the door. And things aren't looking so good for Brucas either. And finally--and this is a big one so make sure you're sitting down. Mouth is the one who wrote MURDERER on Dan's wall! It seems that he was still in the school when Dan did the dirty deed. But why wouldn't he have just told someone? I'm not going to get too excited or get my hopes up for Tyler/Chris to return to OTH. As much as I'd love for him to return, I don't think it will happen any time soon. Especially now since Tyler is barely heading back home to continue to work on his album. I guess we'll all have to wait and see.

OMG this is AWESOME!!!
I CAN'T WAIT!!! I'd be sad if Cooper did not survive the crash!  And that would be SO SO AWESOME if Chris/Tyler came back!! I love this idea SO much but I'm forced to acknowledge that it would certainly not happen soon

ok IF chris comes back I wonder how they will put him in the story.... and MOUTH! that was the one person I couldnt see doing that haha. I cant wait for the next season!

it's not possible for it to be mouth cuz he was sitting in rachel's arms when both shots went off...cuz after dan shot keith, it went back to the tutor center where they were all sitting...if mouth had seen that, they all would have..he woudln't have exactly been the first one to get up and run out the door...if anything..nathan or skillz would have...so yeah....i think i win that argument!!

i promised myself i wouldnt read this thread, but then curiosity got to me. sounds like a pretty good season. and as much as i would love for chris keller to come back, i dont think he will be, because, like he said, his work there is done. but i will keep my fingers crossed in the off chance that he does return for an episode or two. i cant wait for this to start up again!
