I have no idea whether this has benn posted already but the new OTH trailer is now up...from the look of it Lucas is the one who burned down scott's motors they way he said I did somethign tonight and I can't take it back

I think that was him talking about the fact that he kissed Brooke and told her he wanted to be with her.
I've read some spoilers and from those, that's the theory I've come up with. I assume he got injured but he definitely didnt die because one of the previews shows him walking away from the fire.

on othfans it said that on the scene when they were burning down the whole store teh actor that plays Dan was there...maybe it was for a flashback (since they said there were going to be a lot of them) or he is still alive

Dan will survive the fire - all OTH reports have confirmed this. I didn't think they would kill him off so soon - he's a major part of the show.

Even though Im pretty sure he isnt going to die, You cant really make the assumption of him not being dead because he was at the filming. He needed to be their.
