My sister called and left her name. I still think that they should cancel everyones orders and sell them again by phone, or cancel all tickets orders over 10, cause there is no way that someone needs that many tickets.

The lady she spoke to kept saying, "I'm sorry all of this happened, we weren't planning on selling out that fast, but people were buying up to 40 tickets at a time" she kept apologizing and said she would take our name and number and call us once they figured something out. I am really hoping they do and just don't call us back and say that they cant do anything.

I really hate that they posted this on othfans... They can not help that many people logged on and got the tickets so quick. We understand that many people booked rooms and flights... but quite frankly... you can't blame anyone but yourself. You should NEVER book that stuff unless you know you have tickets to the event!!! - - Seriously if I waited to book everything after I got tickets, there is no way I would get a flight and hotel room. And I also think that there is a way that they could control everyone logging on and buying so many tickets.

The whole thing is people are going to complain and forums and to you if you own a site and if you can't take it then you shouldn't have a site but that's all I'm going to say about that. I seriously don't know what to do right now though. I really think the YMCA is gonna do something about it but unlike some people I was actually driving so I don't have a flight booked. All I have is a hotel so I have no reason to go down to Wilmington if they don't do anything. I would want to see if they are selling tickets outside the thing but I'm not driving 14 hours just to see. They need to do something about this though and they need to do it soon. -Sarah

I agree that the YMCA should try and do something soon, before people start canceling their trips since they couldn't get tickets. Also I can't go on FF any more with people blaming each other saying they might not have been on the website early enough, or how the seats could have really sold out in 10 minutes, or the people that have tickets and come on and say, "well I got my tickets", I really don't care if someone got their tickets, I want to find a solution so that the hundreds of other people that were affected by all the glitches on the site can get their tickets.

really i dont see why they just didnt have it order by phone, some people had spring break going on and weren't able to get internet access. like me. But in my opinion i thought it was stupid for the YMCA to make it so that you can get upto 10 tickets, why would someone need that many? why not just keep it at 4 tickets? what do we call and put our name down for? cant they just put out atleast 200 more tickets, or something, if the cast loves their fans this much they will do something about it.

I agree they should have stayed with the orders by phone, but I guess they thought it would be easier on the internet, which they were clearly wrong. They should have had a limit of 4 tickets per address, per name, or credit card number. I just wish they would hurry and try to find a solution because it is not fair. How can they just not do anything, many people are without tickets and people were buying 100s of tickets at a time. It will be so sad if there are only 500 people in the gym, when there could obviously be alot more.

They were saying they made it 1000 due to the fact that too many people were in line for autographs, but like someone said of ff, if they love the fans as much as they do, they can give up ONE day to thank the fans, it is for charity so what difference does it make?!? I'm hoping Mark posts a blog or something about this.

yeah, they should have stuck with phone calls, that was so much better. i was in va and didnt have internet access so i couldnt buy them. Im crossing my fingers that they have hearts and just put out a couple hundred more. or even 100. and having quantity upto 4 that you can get or something.

It isn't right! Then you have people telling you "better luck next year", I hate that... this is probably the only year I can go.
