I had the same issues, I have flights and hotel reservations and I was on right at 9 and there was just so many issues with the website not to mention after the dust had cleared and the tickets were gone we found out that anyone who had a security code on their CC starting with 0 was rejected, so basically many of us didn't get tickets because of that.

Well some people at the YMCA are saying that people have ordered like 40-50 at once! That's crazy but a lot of people are telling me to call the YMCA because they are saying to leave your name and number and the will call back next week. So I think they are going to look into everything

My sister called and left her name. I still think that they should cancel everyones orders and sell them again by phone, or cancel all tickets orders over 10, cause there is no way that someone needs that many tickets.

The lady she spoke to kept saying, "I'm sorry all of this happened, we weren't planning on selling out that fast, but people were buying up to 40 tickets at a time" she kept apologizing and said she would take our name and number and call us once they figured something out. I am really hoping they do and just don't call us back and say that they cant do anything.

I really hate that they posted this on othfans...
They can not help that many people logged on and got the tickets so quick.
We understand that many people booked rooms and flights... but quite frankly... you can't blame anyone but yourself. You should NEVER book that stuff unless you know you have tickets to the event!!!
- - Seriously if I waited to book everything after I got tickets, there is no way I would get a flight and hotel room. And I also think that there is a way that they could control everyone logging on and buying so many tickets.

See that right there is the reason I don't like othfans.com that much. The owner has an attitude about everything and he thinks he knows it all just because he lives in Wilmington. It's obvious that more than one person is gonna try and pull off a ticket scam. I don't know why OTHfans is trying to say that they just sold out without any of that. Because even the ladies at the YMCA are saying that people bought that many. The ticket limit was 10! Everyone who ordered more than 10 at a time should have their orders cancelled. It's only fair to everyone else. This whole thing was completely unorganized though you can tell just with everything that has went down today. Then that thing about ppl shouldn't have booked! Well hotel, yeah maybe you can wait unless you want the really good ones. But people who are flying just can't wait then have the chance of not getting a flight.

Yeah that really upset me. That was uncalled for to post. And in response to him saying to stop complaining I anonymously posted a contact message with the first amendment in it. Patrick seems to complain a lot about people complaining because it bothers him when in actuality we have the right and that bothers me a lot.

The whole thing is people are going to complain and forums and to you if you own a site and if you can't take it then you shouldn't have a site but that's all I'm going to say about that.

I seriously don't know what to do right now though. I really think the YMCA is gonna do something about it but unlike some people I was actually driving so I don't have a flight booked. All I have is a hotel so I have no reason to go down to Wilmington if they don't do anything. I would want to see if they are selling tickets outside the thing but I'm not driving 14 hours just to see. They need to do something about this though and they need to do it soon.

I agree that the YMCA should try and do something soon, before people start canceling their trips since they couldn't get tickets.
Also I can't go on FF any more with people blaming each other saying they might not have been on the website early enough, or how the seats could have really sold out in 10 minutes, or the people that have tickets and come on and say, "well I got my tickets", I really don't care if someone got their tickets, I want to find a solution so that the hundreds of other people that were affected by all the glitches on the site can get their tickets.

Yeah I was on FF to talking about it. Some of the people were in the same position but the ones who already had their tickets acted like nothing should be done. Okay, yeah you got lucky and were one of the few that actually got tickets. But there are a lot more people that didn't get their tickets than the ones that actually got them. If they wouldn't have gotten them though they would be saying the same thing. I'm not saying cancel everyones order, even though that would be the easiest way to do things. I am just saying atleast cancel anyone who ordered more than 10 then sell the rest by phone.

really i dont see why they just didnt have it order by phone, some people had spring break going on and weren't able to get internet access. like me. But in my opinion i thought it was stupid for the YMCA to make it so that you can get upto 10 tickets, why would someone need that many? why not just keep it at 4 tickets? what do we call and put our name down for?

cant they just put out atleast 200 more tickets, or something, if the cast loves their fans this much they will do something about it.

Well someone posted at FF that they called this morning and the YMCA is now saying they aren't going to do anything about it. So we are all pretty much screwed. I'm going to call in a little while when I get the chance though to see what they will say myself. Someone also said they only sold 1,000 tickets this year when last year they sold 2,000. If that's true then considering over half of the tickets bought were by scammers I see only about maybe 500 people being at the game and that's sad because the charity isn't gonna get a lot of money.

I agree they should have stayed with the orders by phone, but I guess they thought it would be easier on the internet, which they were clearly wrong. They should have had a limit of 4 tickets per address, per name, or credit card number. I just wish they would hurry and try to find a solution because it is not fair.

How can they just not do anything, many people are without tickets and people were buying 100s of tickets at a time. It will be so sad if there are only 500 people in the gym, when there could obviously be alot more.

They were saying they made it 1000 due to the fact that too many people were in line for autographs, but like someone said of ff, if they love the fans as much as they do, they can give up ONE day to thank the fans, it is for charity so what difference does it make?!? I'm hoping Mark posts a blog or something about this.

Yeah it was entirely inconvenient this year. I am really tired of people saying you should have been on the site sooner, I woke up at 8 and was already sitting at the computer waiting and had the website up just waiting. As soon as it hit 9 the site first wouldn't work then when I finally did get it to work I had to refresh it again because the quantity button wouldn't work and then it would not accept my credit card. I was at that point at about 9:04 and people said they got some at 9:13 still...so I am just at a loss and do not understand the situation and all the rudeness toward the fans trying to get an answer.

Yeah I just feel really cheated by the situation and have the feeling they really aren't going to do anything about it. If anything it seems like will just get an apology but it really isn't right.

It isn't right! Then you have people telling you "better luck next year", I hate that... this is probably the only year I can go.
