I believe Lucas did tell her that, but then when the police called Lucas in to identify if it was the Derrek, it wasnt. It was her realy brother Derrek, the marine guy. At least I think thats what happened. And then the real Derrek taught her how to fight in case she had to stand up for herself. Am I way off? |

In the beginning they did arrest the wrong Derek but either that episode or the next Lucas and Peyton were talking about how everything was ok b/c the real Derek was in jail. Either he got released or he escaped from jail and that is why is he back.

I think they have 6 more episodes. The season finale is on June 13th.

That's not all, OTH hasn't been guaranteed to be picked back up for a 5th season, so if you want to help try to keep OTH for another season go to E! Kirstin's Save One Show and vote for OTH. Remember last year OTH won, so with collective effort again, they can be the chosen show to be represented again.
