haha...do you know how many times I've watched that movie? I've watched it so many times with different friends it's not even funny. I probably know the script better than the actors by now....jk...but you get my point. Good movie though!

Alright so what date did this movie come out? Haha. And what date was the DVD for sale? I'm well into 2006 and I still don't have my own copy. I don't even know why I haven't gone out to buy it. I've bought plenty of other DVDs already. You know what. I'll just wait for Christmas and someone will give it to me. I'm positive about it (I'm only sure because I'll drop enough hints to my friend he'll eventually get the grasp of it, haha).

Either that or I'll just ask Tyler to get me the DVD. :P Right....

Ooooooooooooooooooooooh! Loving the picture in the first page! I wished his part was bigger, but it was a movie about Johnny Cash. I was glad Walk The Line finally came on HBO. Been waiting for it forever!

Ok, 100% comfirmation I am a loser..

I joined Elvis's official fan club (Elvis insider's thingie)

1. I have no life.
2. I am a loser.
3. I wanted to see what hard core Elvis fans thought of Tyler's performance.
4. I was curious as to what else I could learn about Elvis.

NO ONE claimed Tyler as a good actor or that he did good covering the songs (out of the 500 posts I have read). I think they hold it against him how Elvis was made out to be a bad guy. I put my self out of the mind frame of Tyler being Tyler (to me hard job) watched it again and I still think he did awesome. I thought, well no one would live up to what they want but in reality they did say some people did ok in the part of Elvis in various other movies. Boo them, boo that!

For a class I take called Art of Biography we are supposed to pick a film for a project that has as a minor character who is/was an important person of the time. Then we have to analize it and figure out if the actor did a good representation or not.

who do i pick? Elivis in Walk The Line Smile this is my thrid tyler school related project

A dear friend of mine who is 64 goes to a church in the town over from me. It is a pretty strict church but it is mostly older people who attend. One of the members had once mentioned he did Elvis covers, the pastor thought he was refering to the religous ones. They were having a revival thing last week, and they scheduled him to do some. They did not take a listen or anything because they always say that as long as you are singing for the lord it does not matter how you sound.
So he comes out dressed in the white karate like outfit fake sideburns and starts singing 'Hunk of burning love" and doing the moves and all. Half the people left and the other half played along and screamed like little girls.. including my Memaw Lilly. She called and told me she had to tell me that night before she prayed about it. They are so cute. I so wish I could have been there.

Has anyone seen the commercials for the movie "Walk Hard"? It's basically mocking "Walk the Line" and Johnny Cash. I think it looks rude and not funny at all...

I think it's suppose to be like Scary Movie....except I don't think it's really that funny when it's mocking a real person...

Ya i saw the trailer for that. The guy that plays the main character whats his face.... whats his name ugh! Anyways, he seriously gets on my nerves. I couldnt watch Talladega Nights because all the shit he said was soooo stupid and just not funny to me. Except the Jesus wearin a tuxedo shirt line. that was funny! haha!

“I like to think oF my Jesus wearing a tuxedo t-shirt. It shows that he’s formal, ya know, but it also says, ‘Hey, I like to party.’” lol

Thats for if yall didnt know what i was talkin bout! lol
